Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park

About KKIP

Our strength lies in our diverse talents and drive to industrialise Sabah.

Established in 1994, K.K.I.P. Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly-owned company of the Sabah State Government through the Chief Minister (Incorporation) Ordinance — a State government link agency under the direct purview of the State Ministry of Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship.

Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP) was approved in 1993 as a fully integrated park. We aim to develop KKIP with sustainable social and economic developments that will significantly contribute to the progress of Sabah.
